My background
Hi everyone, my name is Kristen; some people call me Kris for short. I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. I have lived in the Port St Lucie area since 2020. I am a wife, mother to 4 kids, and a breast cancer survivor! Come by and say hi sometime!
How I got started
My journey into furniture refinishing began out of necessity. As a mother of four, I was constantly trying to balance my children's different personalities, styles, and ever-changing interests without overspending on new furniture. Rather than replacing pieces they outgrew or no longer liked, I decided to transform them. With a little paint, creativity, and hard work, I was able to create custom pieces that reflected each child's individuality. What started as a practical solution for our family soon became a passion for upcycling furniture and turning ordinary pieces into something beautiful and unique.
My style
My style combines modern farmhouse and cozy cottage elements. I love creating pieces that feel warm, inviting, and full of character while still maintaining a clean and refreshed look. By blending natural wood textures, soft color palettes, and vintage charm with modern finishes, I transform furniture into unique pieces that are both beautiful and functional
